Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of all services provided by our company, including but not limited to the rental of private offices, open workspace areas, meeting rooms, and postal address services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Eligibility and Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. Clients are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information upon registration. Misrepresentation may result in immediate termination of services.

2. Use of Facilities
Our facilities are to be used strictly for professional and lawful business activities. Clients must not engage in any illegal, disruptive, or hazardous behavior on the premises. Smoking, excessive noise, and the presence of unauthorized guests are prohibited.

3. Meeting Rooms and Office Rental
Meeting rooms and private offices are available by reservation. All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur charges.

4. Open Workspaces
Open workspace seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified in your membership plan. Clients are expected to maintain a clean and respectful environment for all coworkers.

5. Mail and Virtual Office Services
Clients using our business address or mail handling services agree to pick up their mail regularly. We do not guarantee delivery times or accept responsibility for lost or damaged mail. Unclaimed mail may be returned or discarded after 30 days.

6. Payments and Fees
All payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees. Memberships are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate service at our discretion if any terms of this agreement are violated. Clients may also terminate their agreement with 30 days’ written notice unless otherwise stated in their contract.

8. Liability and Insurance
Our company is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property while using our facilities. Clients are responsible for their own insurance coverage if required.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
